Default ######## Ray Ban On the Phone All Day- 7 Ways to Keep

As the day wears we all seem to sink lower in the chair. As we slouch our speech changes and we strain our eyes, shoulders and neck. Since this happens gradually we often don't notice it. Take 30 seconds every hour to realign and make sure your back is straight with you feet slightly off the ground. If you don't have an arm rest, work to position your keyboard so that your shoulders aren't hunching. And smile - it makes you feel good and gets transmitted in your voice.

Sometimes, even when you have the right setting, posture, etc. it still ends up being one of "those" days so make sure you have some Tylenol or aspirin around.
In the early stages of your career you may not be able to find a qualified manager to take you on as their client. If this is the case, don't be afraid to allow a close friend or family member, who is HIGHLY motivated, assist you for the time being. If someone close to you sees your potential and is willing to help you get started, they can be even more helpful than a Manager who puts you on the back burner for his more established clients. At this point you should be marketing yourself through every avenue possible. This means getting your music in the hands... and ears... of as many people as possible. Artists have taken many different approaches to this over the years as technology continues to evolve.
3. Posture
When you get into your office - look around. Where are your keyboard, phone, cords, monitor, and chair situated? Make sure your eyes are level or slightly higher than the screen; maintain a distance of 30 to 36 inches with the keyboard level to slightly lower allowing your finger to rest lightly on the keys, like a piano player. Your mouse should be directly next to the keyboard for easy access between keystrokes. And the phone, depending on whether you have to dial from a base should be near your dialing hand. Learn to "blind" dial to speed the process up.
Unless you work at home - this could be an area that you deal with what you're given but here's what you want.
