in brief The Australian arm of IT providers firm Dimension Information is conducting an internal pilot deployment of the launch candidate of Windows 7 in planning for the kick off from the computer software later on this year.
Dimension Info — which will assist large organisations to upgrade to Windows 7 — this week said about 100 users within its Microsoft Solutions business in Australia had upgraded to Windows 7,
Windows 7 Home Premium Sale, as part of a wider international roll-out.
"We are expecting Microsoft to deliver the Windows seven RTM [release to manufacturing] code by the first week of August — at which point we will be ready to complete full-scale roll-out in the operating system,
Cheap Office Ultimate 2007," the company said in a statement late yesterday. Dimension Information is a participant in Microsoft's Technical Adopter Program for early adopters of its software.
The company was also an early adopter of

Office Home And Student 2010 Sale, which few large organisations in Australia adopted.
