令人筋疲力尽的点子,可是又想穿上那迷你紧身衣裳,。但其实只要你肯放下电视遥控器,确实检查家中沙发的牢 固度,可以做下来简易的沙发操。
一、单脚蹲踞操
利用平坦的沙发侧面,腰部以上保持直立,以单一脚板顶住沙发,双脚之间的距离约与肩同宽,然后屈膝做上下摆 动的姿势,摆动的幅度约为90度效果最佳。双脚轮流交替,重复同样动作各约20次。
二、 双脚踩踏操
上半身以最舒服的方式躺在沙发椅座上,双脚略微腾空做踩脚踏车状,尽量利用大腿肌肉带动踩踏动 作,健尔马足疗机,包准你穿上紧身裤时的线条让男人很难移开迷恋的视线。
三、背部伸展操
双手张开约2倍肩宽,以两手掌支撑在沙发座椅上,身体呈45度角的方式做伏地挺身操。双脚并拢,让背部做最 大延伸,重复动作约20次,全身的背部线条便可轻松成形。
四、抬臀平腹操
上身平躺于沙发上,屈膝,两膝之间夹上一个小抱枕,利用腹部与臀部的力量尽量将身体抬高,重覆相同动作约2 0次,迷你浑翘的双臀,垂手可得!
五、手脚并用操
臀部坐于沙发前的地板上,左脚屈膝,右手关节顶在沙发上,左手往上伸展的同时,右脚也往前伸直,尽量将重心 摆在右手关节与左脚上,左右互换各做10次。
由于这个动作需要手脚并用,难度较高,不过正可以让身体左右均衡一下。
