So right here;s a get bag of a couple of Microsoft-related notes of interest.* Yahoo has postponed its shareholder meeting. Just when you thought the seemingly-never-ending Microsoft-Yahoo saga looked closer to closure, Yahoo announces it is postponing its annual shareholder meeting from early July to some, later on,Office Standard 2007 Product Key, unnamed date. The cause? One of Yahoo;s board members is resigning. Billionaire investor Carl Icahn has said he would like to substitute the entire Yahoo board. Meanwhile,Windows 7 Home Basic Product Key, Microsoft and Yahoo seemingly are continuing talks about Microsoft buying part(s) of Yahoo, rather than the entire enchilada.* Soon after claiming its buyers had no curiosity in viewing Microsoft integrate support for that rival Open Document Format (ODF) into Office, Microsoft did a 180-degree turn this week, announcing it will assistance ODF version one.one in the release of Office 2007 Services Pack two (SP2), scheduled for the very first 50 percent of 2009. The new Kidaro technology,Office Professional Plus 2007, due to be integrated into MDOP within the very first 50 percent of 2009,Office Professional 2010, will allow businesses to run their legacy/customized apps on new machines in a virtualized environment.* Speaking of virtualization,Window 7, Microsoft also issued another release candidate (Release Candidate one) this week of its Hyper-V hypervisor technology. Microsoft originally stated to expect the final build of Hyper-V, which is component of Windows Server 2008, to ship six months after Windows Server 2008 itself. Now it looks like the final Hyper-V could ship a few months earlier than expected.
