孕妇怀胎七月火车上行窃被判缓刑

　　本报讯 (记者 王秋实)怀胎七个月的孕妇张燕去婆婆家途中，在火车上顺手牵走了同车旅客的行李。她拿银行卡在ATM机上取 钱时被警方抓获。昨天记者从石家庄铁路运输法院获悉，张燕因还在哺乳期间被从轻判处有期徒刑二年，缓刑二年 ，并处罚金8000元。

　　今年3月21日，怀孕七个月的张燕从石家庄乘火车，前往安徽巢湖的婆婆家待产。次日凌晨5 点多,nike air max，睡在上铺的张燕收拾行李准备下车，看到下铺旅客李先生正在睡觉，他的行李箱就在自己行李箱旁而且没有上锁 。张燕想到自己和丈夫都没有固定工作，结婚时还借了好多钱没还，将来生孩子又需要大量开销，便打开李先生的 行李箱，将里面的4700元现金、一台笔记本电脑、钱包和4张银行卡拿走，随即下车。2个小时后，李先生睡 醒后才发现财物丢失并报案。
