Instead of looking at price, decor, or any of those other factors,

I think if you approach Bottega Louie like it's a fancy-schmancy special occasion restaurant, you'll leave disappointed. Nothing about their food is especially showy or heavily-laden with all the latest techniques -- go to the Bazaar for that. Instead, expect to have simple dishes made from simple recipes,
monster headphones, all executed with the freshest ingredients and perfect hands-off technique. The ingredients really shine at this jewel of a restaurant, just the way great Italian food is supposed to be.
