小贩将狗皮羊皮染色后冒充雪豹皮出售(图)

　　亚心网讯(刘笑天 通讯员 吕琼)一张张狗皮、羊皮经过加工染色后就变成了价格不菲的虎皮、豹皮，近期，奎屯街头频现兜售“虎皮”、“ 豹皮”、“狐狸皮”的商贩。

　　11月29日，记者在奎屯市团结东街看到，三名男子拉着小型车在街上叫卖雪豹皮、狐狸皮，这些皮货的花 纹成渐变式黄褐色,GHD IV Dark Styler。

　　“多少钱一张？”一位市民问。“这是雪豹皮五百块。”小贩说，这是真雪豹皮。经过几番讨价，一位市民花 了200多元，买了一张”狐狸皮”。

　　记者从奎屯市公安局林业派出所了解到，这些小贩大多来自甘肃等地，长期做皮货生意，他们在家乡以每张三 四十元的价格收购狗皮、羊皮，然后再根据皮的特点，用双氧水等化学药物，像烫发一样，进行加工、染色，把狗 皮、羊皮染上雪豹、老虎的斑点斑纹，经过晾干之后，这些狗皮、羊皮就成了贵重的虎皮、豹皮，身 价倍增。

　　这些小贩为流动销售，不办执照手续，游击式穿梭于各个城市之间。

　　林业派出所提醒，雪豹是国家一级保护动物，狐狸也属于国家保护动物，任何人不能私自捕获、宰杀、贩卖。 这些皮货虽然不是真雪豹皮、狼皮、狐狸皮，建议大家也不要购买，因为这些皮子未经过检疫检验，万一有病毒细 菌，会对人体造成伤害。而且加工所用的染色原料也是有毒化学药物。市民如遇到卖“雪豹皮”、“老虎皮”、“ 狐狸皮”的商贩，可向奎屯市工商局经济检查大队举报，电话为0992-3232741。
