  方法一:坐在有靠背的椅子上,双手拿重量合适的一本字典或一瓶水举过头顶,上臂保持不动,小臂向脑后做 伸屈动作。小臂向后伸展时不完全伸直,保持一定幅度的紧绷;屈的时候也不完全松弛,小臂和上臂 成90°。

  方法二:背对椅子,双手支撑在椅子上,身体悬空,肘关节向后,双手与肩同宽或略比肩窄。收紧腹部,双脚 并拢。慢慢让肘关节弯曲,身体向下,注意重心在身体中心,然后慢慢还原。下蹲是吸气,上起时呼气。下蹲时身 体不要下沉过低,否则对肩和肘关节造成较大的压力。
贾羽训导师提醒,初练者往往在锻炼完几分钟内会感到手臂紧绷,有明显效果。但到第二天,就有一定程度的反弹 。因此,每周要坚持3~5次,2~3个月会有很好的效果。
如果做完运动手臂酸胀和紧绷,可做一些放松运动:背挺直,两手置于脑后,一只手放在另一侧肩胛 骨上,健尔马足疗机厂家,另一只手放在这只手的肘关节处,扳肘关节。
