诈骗报警牵出网络赌博案

　　本报讯 （记者于杰 通讯员薄士德）参加网络赌博输掉赌资后，贾某报警称购买网络游戏时被彭某诈骗6000元。警方调查发现，彭 某充当贾某网络赌博的操盘手时，将贾某的6000元赌资输光，这才引来贾某的报警。丰台警方披露，目前贾、 彭二人均被警方处理。

　　3月8日晚，贾某对民警称与彭某因购买网络游戏发生纠纷。在询问时，民警发现他们对于网络游戏并不了解 。在彭某屋内，民警发现房内看到一张“彭某欠贾某6000元”的欠条，在彭某的电脑上发现一家境外赌博网站 的网页，二人最终说出真相。

　　62岁的贾某与52岁的彭某都非常好赌，几年前赌博时相识。今年年初，贾某发现彭某在网上赌百家乐，便 跟着一起赌。因不懂电脑，贾某将赌资交给彭某操作，赢钱后彭某将钱转账到贾某银行卡内。

　　贾某6000元的赌资被输掉后,lisseur，让彭某写下欠条多次索要未果，一气之下报警。

　　据彭某交代，去年12月经人介绍通过境外赌博网站玩百家乐，由其上线提供登录用户名和密码，自己则将赌 资存入上线账户内，上线定期将每笔赌资的“抽水费”返还给彭某。要获得“抽水费”就必须发展他人参赌，于是 彭某就发展贾某等多人赌博。

　　目前，涉嫌开设赌场的彭某已被刑拘，贾某因为赌博而被治安拘留。
