Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reimbursement verification
A/R and Revenue Cycle Management
Coding, documentation, and dashboard management
Auditing and compliance HIPPA, OSHA and Safety Requirements
Contract Management and Negotiation
Provider credentialing and insurance verification
Policy and procedures
Research,
Office 2010, analysis, and reporting
Competency:
Strong analytical ability
Utilization per thousand calculations and pmpm calculations; discounts; percentages
Effective communication, written and oral
Leadership and teamwork
Qualifications:
CPC, required (CPT and ICD 9 Coding)
Minimum 3 years of experience with Managed Care Contracts
Minimum 5 years of management/supervisory experience
Bachelors Degree (BS) or equivalent
Technical skills: MS Excel and MS Office
