A BUSINESSMEN is set to win a nine-year legal battle to sell his rare collection of stained glass windows Stained Glass Windows was an early broadcast television program, broadcast on early Sunday evenings on the ABC network. Cannell, 62, said: "This court action against me was legally flawed from day one and a waste of public money."
Historic Scotland said: "Historic buildings play an important part in Scotland's culture."
