Vista enables you to setup animated desktop wallpaper. The wallpapers are known as “dreams”,
Office 2010 Pro, the technology behind it “Windows DreamScene”.
Windows 7 no longer supports animated desktop wallpaper,
Office 2007 Pro Plus, but we have found a solution to make them work on your system anyway.
1. First of all make sure that “Aero” is turned on on your system.
2. After that download DreamScene from here:

(this will enable animated desktop wallpapers in
Windows 7)
Installing Windows 7 DreamScene
After downloading the file,
Office Standard, run it with admin privileges. To do that you would have to right-click and select “Run As Administrator”.
The file will copy DreamScene.dll to your Windows\System32 folder,
Office 2010 Pro Plus Key, DreamScene.dll.mui to Windows\System32\en-US folder and it will also add the registry keys and values that are needed in order to run DreamScene on Windows 7.
