What we are staying advised is that IIS must be re-installed although
the method is not as straightforward as working the installer yet again. It
demands backing up Exchange,
Office 2010 Pro Key, de-installing Exchange, re-installing
IIS, re-installing Exchange and restoring mailboxes.
I'm reluctant to proceed without having knowinginvestigating about any
troubles to our 90 Entourage/3 Outlook consumers and their electronic mail, calendars,
delegated calendaring, etc.

approach?
