Default 不油不腻又软又烂的红烧肉的做法

描述:切成2-3厘米见方的肉块,肉块不要太小,太小的肉做出来象一盘小花生米不难看,另外也没有红烧肉丰盛多 汁的感到。

描述:留神,锅里是没有油的,air max,没油自有情理,a&f jackets,看后面就晓得了。
描述:凉锅放入肉块。
中火翻炒,初期会出水,倒掉即可,继承翻炒。
