Default Windows 7 User Accounts - How to get programs to appear under both but only need to be downloaded once?

Hello, I just bought a new Windows 7 Home Basic X64 for my personal use at home and have set up a Discount Windows 7 user account for my girlfriend to use. The problem I am Windows 7 Home Basic Serial Key into is programs which I've downloaded (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, AIM, Gtalk, etc..) do not Windows 7 X64 when she is logged in. Is there anyway to get them to show for both user accounts without my having to Genuine Windows 7 and install them twice? Thanks!

Default What is the difference between Windows 7 and Windows 7 Upgrade?

I am using Windows 7 Starter Serial Key and my windows is activated. Since i have installed Windows 7 Serial Key i have never enabled Windows 7 Home Basic Keygen as i am unsure that it may deactivate my Windows 7 Pro 64bit or may hamper working of my non genuine Windows 7 Home Premium Activation Key. So i want to know if it will be safe to enable windows updates?
