For these folks we could not file for a visa as they did not have a proof of their degree completion and we were just waiting on their grad date. these two situations we will have to wait another year and now we will apply for their visa in April 2007. The good news is that we likely have all your documents on file and you may be one of the first applications to be submitted depending on the H1B visa quotas for next year. If your application is approved, you most likely will be able to start on or after October 1, 2007. facts: not have its own visa quota. We file for visas just like anyone else and have to wait for approval from the USCIS. For international candidates who have a Master's or PhD from a US University, we may be able to file for an H1B visa under another quota where there are 20,genuine microsoft windows 7 32 bit,000 visas for such cases. as we want our hires to start today, for any international hire that we make now, we will have to wait until April of 2007 to apply for H1B and then if the application is accepted you may be able to start as soon as October of 2007.
