Write out your worry or concern on a 3 x 5 card. Here’s an example: “Dear God � I’m having a difficult time communicating with my boss about my job responsibilities. I need a new way to open up the dialogue between us and I feel stuck. Everything I’ve tried hasn’t worked. I am surrendering this concern to you and ask for divine guidance to bring about a positive result.”
Summarize your concern with a question. “How can I communicate more effectively with my boss?”
Close your eyes and go to a place of peace inside you. Take a few slow deep breaths until you feel your energy begin to shift. Call God to you. Imagine being in the presence of incredible love,

Repeat the concern that you’ve written on the card. Ask your question. Listen for any words,
