They change frequently, so I recommend a couple of tactics. First, apply to roles you are directly curious about because those resumes are accessed by the recruiters functioning on the roles. For industry candidates, I encourage you to also check in once in awhile to see if new positions open up that map to your interest and experience. For college candidates – you only need to apply once a year. Second – if nothing seems to be of interest to you on your initial search and you haven’t applied previously, I recommend that you still create a profile online and get your CV in our system. The reason being that recruiters will do general searches for candidates regardless in the roles the candidates applied for to see if there is a fit. For example, if I have a Lead Developer role in Xbox London,
office 2010 Standard upgrade key, I’ll search for candidates that have already applied in our system in parallel to posting the new role online. For college candidates – once you apply, you’ll be considered for all college positions that would be a good fit for your skill set, so this tactic is less applicable to you. potential applicants: if you've had a phone interview before, it really is a good idea to at least wait for six months before you re-apply. Similarly if you've had an in-person interview, it can be a good idea to wait at least one year before you re-apply. and let me know what questions you have for me!
