形体美,ad收腹运动机,缺不了一双修长的美腿,有不小的女性常常遗憾双腿先天不够修长,而且容易囤积脂肪,更是破坏形体美。如果 不再想为一双“葫芦”腿而烦恼的话,那就赶快行动吧。
一、压腿
1.身体直立、眼看前方,双手放在腰间,光波炉厂家
2.左腿向前踏一步成90°,右腿拉后往下压,膝盖接触地面为好。左右腿交替练习30次
二、提腿
1.身体直立。
2.右腿支撑身体,左腿伸直往后提起,直至肌肉被拉紧为止。左右腿交替练习30次。
三、跑步
双手提高并与地面平衡,双腿以前脚掌为受力点沿地跑步,双手在胸前打圈。跑2分钟。
提醒:跑步时,有意识地使用腹、胸、肩进行呼吸的呼吸法。在瑜伽提高肺功能的呼吸法中,是能够最多地摄入氧 气与能量的呼吸法……
四、蹬腿
1.身体直立,健尔马足疗机价格,前脚掌踩在砖块上,脚跟触地。
2.前脚掌用力往上蹬,并停留10秒到15秒后脚跟才下地。反复练习20次。
五、踏步
1.张开双腿站在砖块上。
2.提起左腿,身体重心放在右腿。然后左腿用力踏在砖块上,并立刻提起右腿,ad收腹运动机。双腿反复练习30次。
