as we all know, most women like to wear high-heeled shoes. however,High Heels shoes, by contrast, it is more comfortable to wear sports shoes, do you think so? if you plan to give high-heeled shoes a try, we recommend these tips below for relieving the ache caused by wearing high-heeled shoes.
1.Looking for a pair of high-heeled shoes that is in line with your feet, these seems to be regulated. in most cases, the ache is resulted from overslipping forward. There should exsit some spaces in the inner side of the shoes, inappropriate high-heeled shoes will cause that your foresole moves forward and increase the tension on feet, thereby cause ache. 5.wearing high-heeled shoes with toe outside can decrease the force stimulation of clavus and callus. if suffering clavus and callus, you better turn to doctor to correct the real cause of foot ache. if unavaliable, please choose high-heeled shoes with toe outside for keeping the inflammation area unsqueezed.
