不难发现,每年夏天,人的体重都有所减轻,肥胖者也是如此。在夏季,由于天气炎热,人们的活动量增加,出汗 多,能量的消耗大,因此,水宜生,肥胖程度也会有所改善。另外,夏天白昼时间较长,天热也容易睡眠不足,造成体内能量消耗。由于体内的新陈 代谢旺盛,相对散发的热量也增多。另一方面,夏季天气闷热,人们普遍食欲不振,摄取较多清淡的食物,清淡的 食物含热量低,造成体内热量的供给不足。所以,肥胖者夏天体重也会减轻。
可是到了秋天,情况就不相同了。“八月秋风渐渐凉”、“一层秋雨一层寒”。进入秋季,没有酷暑的煎熬,人们 的食欲大振,饮食会不知不觉地过量,使热量的摄入大大增加。再加上气候宜人,使睡眠充足,出汗也减少。另外 ,为迎接冬季的到来,人体内还会积极地储存御寒的脂肪。因此,身体摄取的热量多于散发的热量。在秋季,人们 稍不小心,体重就会增加,人也就渐渐发起胖来,这对于本身就肥胖的人来说更是一种威胁。
因此,肥胖者秋季更应该注意减肥。首先,应注意饮食的调节,多吃一些低热量的减肥食品,如赤小豆、萝卜、竹 笋、薏米、海带、蘑菇、木耳、豆芽菜、山楂、大蒜、辣椒等。其次,光波炉原理,在秋季还应注意提高热量的消耗,有计划地增加运动时间,特别是早晨适当选择一些体育项目进行 锻炼。
