2、从发根梳至发尾。梳头时应该从发根梳至发尾,正确的梳头方法是先从头顶顺着头发生长的方向往 下梳,盟特新奇特,然后俯身向下,从后颈发根部位向下梳。3、梳头力度要适中。梳头时,不能太轻,也不能过重,以中等速度、 使头皮产生微热感为好。此外,如果你的头发是干性的,梳的时用些力;头发是油性的,梳的时候用力越少越好, 如果用力太多,会刺激皮脂增加分泌。
4、注意梳头的节奏。提倡由轻到重,由慢到快,起到刺激头部穴位的作用。
5、梳头次数别过50次。还认为每次梳头100下,可以令头发更健康吗?梳头次数太多,会过分刺激头皮,如 果用了品质差的梳子,更会严重损害到头皮。新的研究发现是,发丝不宜受到过分的摩擦,盟特新奇特产品,因此梳头次数每次别超过50次。
6、别再过分梳理湿头发了。很多人认为头发湿了才好梳,其实水分会令头发的蛋白质结构松散,发质会比平时更 脆弱,此时若大力梳理会让发丝和毛囊造成长远的伤害。
