中华铁球健身操可分三个步骤练习:第一步基本功练习;第二步基本动作练习,光波炉和电磁炉的区别;第三步基本套路练习。
初学者在开始基本功练习时,双手可根据个人手掌大小选择合适的球,熟练以后可换成大号球。经过一段时间,根 据本人指力的灵活,腕力的增长,臂力的增加,体力的增强,可双手各执三球、四球、五球做操,循序渐进,逐渐 量化升级。
一般来说,此套操是从双手旋转球开始练习的,按个人习惯左右手均可顺转、逆转,先把手指关节运动灵活,逐渐 达到左右手并用。开始练习时最好是坐在床边,把手伸在床上或沙发上,尤其是住在楼房的朋友,防止掉球影响楼 下邻居。开始不要求快,每分钟30—40圈为宜,重在掌握规律,逐渐达到70至80圈,加湿器价格,进而百圈。
基本动作练习主要掌握双手前平举转球和侧平举转球,达到双臂伸直伸平,旋转球平稳均匀后,练习一手前举、一 手后举,两臂轮换左前、右后、右前、左后轮换臂转球。基本动作练习开始以两脚开立练习为主,盟特新产品厂家,逐步做到走动练习,同时配合多球练习和大球练习。
