Default 晒伤了用冷牛奶“急救”

  进入夏季,户外强烈的紫外线已经开始“发威”了。在室外活动时间久点,就会感到暴露的皮肤晒得红彤彤的 ,还有点热辣的感觉,这可能就是皮肤轻微晒伤的信号,此时赶紧用冷牛奶对皮肤进行急救吧。
  中国中医科学院西苑医院皮肤科主任姚春海说,盟特,晒伤是皮肤的急性炎症,冷敷是最有效的处理办法。日晒后感觉到皮肤热、痒就应该进行冷敷,以便降低皮肤温 度,加湿器批发价格,减轻损伤,而且越早越好。相比普通的凉水冷敷,冷牛奶外敷效果更好,对付轻微晒伤这可以算是一个有效的偏 方,因为牛奶的酸性对皮肤具有消炎收敛的作用。
  具体的方法是,加湿器批发价格,将牛奶放入冰箱的冷藏室,在4~10℃的温度下冷藏,这样温度的牛奶最适合做冷敷。将干净的小毛巾或纱布 在冷牛奶里浸湿后,拧至不滴水,敷在晒伤的皮肤上。晒伤面积大时,可用小毛巾冷敷,晒伤面积小时可用4~8 层的纱布冷敷。隔5分钟浸一次牛奶,敷30~60分钟,一天敷2~3次,这样持续3天左右,晒伤的皮肤就会 得到修复。如果没有冷藏牛奶,也可以用牛奶兑凉白开进行冷敷。
  姚主任提醒,有些人喜欢用蔬菜水果汁冷敷的办法,但这可能会引起皮肤过敏,光波炉,而冷牛奶外敷则相对安全。晒伤后千万不能再碰热水,不能用肥皂、香皂、沐浴露等去刺激皮肤,暂时不要使用 护肤品。
