Default 间断睡眠无益而最毁健康

  间断睡眠就是指每天几次每次2~3小时,甚至更小单位时间的睡眠。这种睡眠状态在24-7一族中表现最明显,24-7代指工作繁重,看上去每天24小时,一周7天都在工作的人。此类人群并不知道自己的工作效率其实很可能远 远落后于正常工作人群。
间断睡眠产生原因是有的人担心工作没做完,加湿器批发价格,就一再调整闹钟,光波炉批发,导致睡眠不连贯,光波炉正品,或者怕耽误工作而睡觉与工作穿插进行。调整闹钟,担心睡多,会让睡眠质量下降,出现假睡和噩梦等情况,身 体更加疲劳。

平时要做到当时的事情当时做完,也可以在睡觉前花一点工夫调整状态,尽量不去想与工作有关的事情,此外,对 于自己的睡眠时间最好做到有所判断,不要让闹钟早早响起,却迟缓收场。这些都是避免间断睡眠的 好方法。
