  清晨:酸奶减肥喝法
  每天早晨起床,第一件事情——喝一大杯淡蜂蜜水。注意蜂蜜要选择全液态无结晶的,颜色浅些的。蜜水不能 太甜,淡淡的甜最恰当。这样可以给身体补充水分而又滋润肠胃,预防便秘,还能保养声音。然后最好再喝一杯白 开水,继续冲洗肠胃。
  第二件事情——就是喝一大杯酸奶(200毫升左右),再吃一片全麦面包/一碗燕麦粥。买低糖酸奶或低脂酸奶(脂肪含量1.0—1.5%)当然可以。如果没有,用蛋白质含量》2.3 %的普通酸奶也没有关系,水宜生水杯。注意不要买蛋白质含量》1.0%的,那不是真正的酸奶。
  注意:酸奶最好提前一小时从冰箱里面拿出来温着。喝太凉的酸奶可能引起拉肚子或肚子痛,ad收腹运动机。可以把它倒进一个盛过热水的小碗里面,很快就温暖了。但不要用微波加热以免把宝贵的乳酸菌杀 死。 饱腹减肥说法之——草莓酸奶是上选。
