Default 秋后防感冒 喝点杏仁汤

  立秋之后,天气虽然还是很热,但感冒的性质已经改为风燥型。这样我们怎么防感冒呢?  不仅干咳,鼻涕 和痰里有时还会带着少量血丝,这些症状真会把人吓一跳。其实,每年立秋后,到医院就诊的感冒病 人中,光波炉厂家,出现类似情况的还真不少。
  “这是进入秋季后,比较典型的风燥型感冒症状。”上海沈小珩主任告诉记者,“立秋后,虽然白天天气还比 较热,但时令已表现为以燥为主。此时对付感冒,重点是滋阴润燥。”
  对于初秋的温燥感冒,饮食上可以多吃一些滋阴润燥的食物,如一些甘味和酸味果蔬,比如梨、香蕉、藕、橘 子、芦柑、金橘、柚子、荸荠、橙子、葡萄等。多喝些杏仁汤也有不错的效果。做法很简单,从市场上买回杏仁粉 (自己磨也可以),直接冲服,或者取杏仁9克、沙参15克、百合12克,煎汤取汁喝。有条件的还可以自制“ 五汁安中饮”(牛乳60毫升、韭汁、生姜汁、梨汁、藕汁各10亳升的混合物),有很好的润燥作 用。
  用药方面,盟特,如果是单纯的感冒,可以吃些清热灵颗粒剂;如果以燥咳为主,可以吃些参贝北瓜膏。
  需要提醒的是,立秋后,西瓜就应该少吃了,加湿器批发价格。因为秋季容易发生腹泻,爬楼车,如果再多吃西瓜这样的凉性水果,更易引发腹泻,尤其要少给孩子吃。

  防感冒常用冷水洗鼻子
  用冷水洗脸、热水泡足。每日晨、晚养成用冷水浴面、热水泡足的习惯,有助于提高身体抵抗力。除此,要坚 持用冷水洗鼻,增强鼻黏膜对冷空气的适应能力。也可用手指揉按鼻旁迎香穴1至3分钟,或用两食指擦鼻梁两侧 ,使之发热,促进鼻腔的血液循环和黏液的分泌,以增强其抗病能力。
