Default 夏季不宜过度推迟睡眠时间

夏季睡眠,最好等暑热之气消散后,人的气息趋于平和时再睡觉,时间可以比其他季节稍晚一点,但是也不宜太晚 ,一般晚上11时左右为宜。

由于夏季炎热,不少中青年人推迟了睡眠时间,往往熬到凌晨两三点才睡觉。冯医生认为,如果子时 不睡觉,红外线光波炉,肝、胆就得不到充分的休息和养护,不仅睡眠质量差,还会出现皮肤粗糙、长黑斑、面色发黄等现象,尤其是肝 功能受损的人更要注意不要熬夜,应该及时入睡。
