“睡梦中被闹钟吵醒,然后极不情愿地关掉它接着睡,最后万不得已才爬起身来,急急忙忙去上班。”也许,每个 人都有这样的经历,尤其到了冬天,暖和舒服的被窝更是让人不舍得离开。但为了上班不迟到,很多人会把起床闹 钟定得提前点,然后利用这段时间抓紧睡一会,认为这样可以补充睡眠,提高精神。其实并非如此,最新一期的美 国《预防》杂志就指出,闹钟响了几次后才起床的人,反而不清醒、没精神。
