  1、挑鱼:一定要鲜活,鱼眼颜色要明亮清澈,盟特新产品批发,鱼身要滑。

  3、先煎鱼:开火热锅,一定要提前用生姜擦一下锅底,再倒入少量油,这样鱼就不会粘底。而且,要待油烧 到7成热时再放鱼,否则鱼皮会粘在锅上,做出的鱼汤成色差很多。
  4、一定要加热水煮鱼汤:鱼煎至金黄后,一定要一次加足热水来煮汤。且不要加盐,过早加盐,也会影响鱼 汤的口感和颜色。
