Default 3个小动作 工作中提神

会议还在进行中,但你已经觉得有点儿头昏脑涨、眼皮发沉了……Wake up,盟特!你需要一些放松神经、舒缓压力的小动作。开3分钟小差,“1234、2234……”赶走疲劳 ,红外线光波炉,保持会议中的积极情绪。
小动作一:闭目想像
闭上双眼,想象一个你喜欢的地方,如:阳光下的沙滩或自家的小院等;放松全身的神经,将思绪集中在“看、闻 、听”上,感觉渐渐进入那个想象中的境界……  注意:做这个放松动作前要用两手罩住头支在桌上,主要为了 挡住脸,防止头儿看见你在开小差。另外,提醒自己千万别睡着了。
小动作二:绷紧上肢
坐正,双手紧握拳头,永康盟特,并绷紧胳膊,体验上肢紧张的感觉,然后忽然把拳放开,体会手臂的沉重、无力、放松。反复几次,身体的放松 会带动精神的放松。
注意:作为掩饰,你可以双手举着会议文件假装很认真地在读。
小动作三:腹式呼吸
身体自然放松,紧闭双目,呼气的同时将腹部鼓起,把肺部的气全部排出;然后紧缩腹部吸气,接着放松,使腹部 恢复原状。与正常呼吸交替进行几次,直到感觉放松了为止。  注意:这个放松动作非常隐蔽,一般不会被旁人 发现,健尔马足疗机三代。不过你要提防腹腔里压力变化带来的“噗!”的一声的尴尬,呵呵。
