　　因此香港导演张婉婷正是被这种独特的主题所吸引，在1997年前邀请著名演员张曼玉、杨紫琼和邬君梅共 同主演了这部优秀的电影作品。当时正是在这样一个特殊的家庭环境和时代变迁的动荡岁月中，宋蔼龄、宋庆龄和 宋美龄用自己的才能，改写着中国的近代史以及革命命运。
