Default Office Professional Editions VS All Other Office 2

Office Professional Editions VS All Other Workplace 2003 Editions @ VSTO
After lengthy time once more received chance to work on VSTO 1.0. I was attempting to set up the VSTO 1.0 and got the shock. I was fairly good impression that VSTO one.0 functions on all type Workplace 2003 but unfortunately it works only Microsoft Professional edition 2003. Visual Studio Equipment for Office developers “must have” Microsoft Office Expert Edition 2003 installed on their computer systems. This can be truly disappointing for me, Maintain tune will update the reason behind or if somebody knows please publish it here.

Here is little basic information.

The following Microsoft Office 2003 suites DO NOT qualify for VSTO:

Microsoft Office Small Business Edition 2003

Microsoft Workplace Standard Edition 2003

Microsoft Workplace Student and Teacher Edition 2003

Microsoft Workplace Basic Edition 2003

Microsoft Office Skilled Edition 2003 Trial
