The two guns featured sport 10.5″ and 11.5″ barrels, respectively, operate via direct gas impingement (DGI), and utilize FERFRANS’ patented Rate Reduction System (RRS) which mechanically reduces the weapons’ cyclic rate of fire to below the 700 rpm threshold. This lowered cyclic rate significantly enhances the SOAR SBRs’ controllability on full-auto, allowing for precision/surgical full-auto fire during CQB / CQC (Close Quarters Battle / Close Quarters Combat).
