How do I charge my laptop without a charger?

I left my charger in a cabin when i was camping. i have a toshiba laptop and i dont have any battery and i need to charge uit. it takes the standard toshiba charger. my mom says i cant buy one online because i was irresponsible and lost the old one. is it possible to make ur own or something?
