Wow. You've certainly shared your opinions of recruiters (especially independent recruiters or “body shops” as one reader put it.) I'm trying to gather some information about how Microsoft can improve our practices so indulge me by answering one more targeted question: What do you envision to be the ideal recruiter and/or recruiting process for a large corporation?
