Opening Up Achievements:
Can information be denied,Office Pro 2010 Key, in the event the IPO (Indian Postal Purchase) is in favor of General public Details Officer(General public Details Officer) rather than in favor of "Pay and Accounts Off.". My mother had applied through RTI for getting info on pension details to the AG Office, Tiruvananthapuram,Office 2007 License, Kerala. They denied details saying the IPO was given to General public Details Officer and never "Pay and Acc. Off". This also took the stipulated 1 month time given to them.
Although we got the details, based mostly on a subsequent RTI application with the IPO now in favor of "Pay & Acc. Off",Windows 7 Professional Key, I wanted to know if this is a valid excuse on their portion to deny the details, and if not can I challenge this decision of theirs with the State Details Commission/CIC.

Thanks
Antony
