'True Blood' star Ryan Kwanten helped rescue an injured man in Hollywood Friday night air force heels for women, while bystanders stood around doing nothing to help.
JustJared.com reports that Kwanten was driving his car when he saw a bloody and injured man lying in the middle of a street.
An eyewitness is reported saying, "There was a bloody guy lying in the middle of the street at Hollywood and Highland, and no one was doing anything."
The person goes on to say that Kwanten "pulled up jordan high heel shoes, saw the man down, jumped out of his car nike high heel, and raced over to see if he could help."
Kwanten, 34, shouted at some people to help him move the injured man to the sidewalk and stayed with the man until paramedics arrived.
And while the gathering crowd recognized Kwanten, the source said, "He was just making sure this guy was OK."
