Brides have a new discount option in the Phoebus s





Brides have a new discount option in the Phoebus section of Hampton. A Barefoot Bride Fine Consignment opened its doors in February prom dresses, featuring both consigned and new bridal gowns, formal wear Formal dresses, bridesmaid dresses grad dresses 2011, flower girl dresses and other wedding accessories.
Right now short prom dresses, the discount store is focusing on prom wear.
"We've had girls come in cheap long prom dresses, and they are so excited they take back armfuls of dresses," says Nancy Martin Cocktail dresses, an employee at the store.
Short prom dresses are priced in the $30-$40 range and long gowns are in the $70 range. Many of the dresses still have the original tags. One gown's original tags price it at $140 cheap Bridesmaid dresses, but A Barefoot Bride has marked it down to $60.
About half of the wedding gowns are new, ranging from $300-$400. On a recent afternoon, a new $600 David's Bridal gown was marked down to $250. Consigned wedding gowns generally are priced in the $100-$300 range.
The store also has a good selection of flower girl dresses that could double as Easter dresses for $15-$30.
Those who want to consign their gowns work with the store owner to determine how much money they would like to earn on the dress. The store then adds 30 to 40 percent to the price.

Brides also can check out Blush Bridal Consignment Boutique in Port Warwick. Owner Holly Yaskowsky says she has more than 400 bridal gowns in stock right now cheap prom dresses, and more than half of them are brand new or samples from stores.
She also stocks formal wear for wedding attendants and prom.
