坐车、坐办公室、坐沙发……“坐着”成了现代人最常见的一种状态。澳大利亚和美国的科学家同时指出,长期呆 坐会对健康构成威胁,健尔马足疗机官方网,其危害性同吸烟或者在日光下过度暴晒同样严重。
美国密苏里大学的马克·汉密尔顿教授说,数以百万计的人每天要在桌旁连续呆坐数个小时,回家后又继续坐在电 视机前面,这些人患上心脏病、2型糖尿病和肥胖症的几率会大大增加。他在11月份出版的《糖尿病》月刊中撰 文说:“越来越多的人不知道久坐所造成的隐在危害,将来这可能构成一个严重的问题。”
澳大利亚墨尔本的国际糖尿病学会的研究显示,即使每天运动两小时,也不能弥补十几个小时坐着不动所带来的巨 大危害。
研究人员提醒人们,现代人运动太少了,长时间对着电脑、电视呆坐,会使身体机能下降,人们应当多动一动,比 如在办公室里工作时,自己走到同事那里,而不是发电邮或者打电话。
