Those who want to help can go to www.utahredcross.org and donate to Japan Earthquake and Pacific Tsunami.
People also can make a $10 donation by texting REDCROSS to 90999. With the exception of Red Cross costs for operations along the U.S. West Coast and Hawaii related to the tsunami and an average of 9 percent charged for administrative costs,
