  秋季吃火锅大家都喜欢,但是大家有没有注意到,其实吃火锅也是有几大禁忌的。
  禁忌一:一热当三鲜
  表现:热腾腾的火锅中的美味一夹起来便直往嘴里送,烫得舌头发麻额头发汗大呼过瘾,健尔马足疗机,并美其名曰:“一热当三鲜”。


  真实伤害:口腔、食道和胃黏膜一般只能耐受50℃的温度,太烫的食物,就会损伤黏膜,而火锅浓汤的温度 可高达120℃,取出即吃的话,很易烫伤口腔、舌部、食道以及胃的黏膜。一些本来就有复发性口疮的人,吃了 火锅后容易上火,其口疮发生机会因此又多出好几倍,或者原有的口腔黏膜炎症出现加重症状。 如此反复,还会诱发食道癌变。最危险的是那些患有口腔黏膜白斑或扁平苔癣等癌前病变的人,火锅的高温和调料 的刺激,都会使这些病情加重。
  纠错:吃火锅千万不可心急,从火锅中取出的食物要量小,并等降温后入口为宜。应做到“宁舍三鲜,不要太 烫”。
