深呼吸
举臂扩胸,胸、腹式呼吸兼做。
作用:清除废气、镇静神经,消除大脑疲劳。
头颈部
头做绕环,正反方向交替做。每隔两小时重复几遍。摇头、点头交替做。
作用:对颈椎病可起到预防、缓解作用。
肩部
1、自然站立或坐姿均可,左肩先向前绕环,重复10次左右。右肩再向前绕环,重复10次左右。
2、下肢站立或坐姿均可,身体面对正前方,一臂向异侧平举,另一臂屈,光波炉菜谱,并向内拉引直臂,五指尽量伸展。
作用:通过对肩部韧带的伸拉,改善肩部及两臂的血液循环,从而缓解肩部的疲劳。
腰部
1、坐直,两脚尖抵一固定物,两手置脑后。先慢慢后仰至最大限度,呼气,然后还原,呼气。
2、双手撑腰,从左向右,做腰部环绕动作。然后从右向左,健尔马足疗机价格,做腰部环绕动作,盟特新奇特
作用:增进腰部肌肉的柔韧性,还可缓解腰部的疲劳。
