  瑜伽也是目前好莱坞女星风行的健身方式,麦当娜天天花2小时做瑜伽,梅格-瑞恩、朱莉娅-罗伯茨、伊莉莎白-赫利等大牌明星都是瑜伽爱好者,盟特新产品。她们的懂得是,练瑜珈既可以塑造诱人的魔鬼身材,又能达到减轻自身压力的效果。
  下面简略先容瑜伽瘦身法:
  臀部�肥法
  1、仰卧把脚跟往臀部靠近,手攀着脚跟;
  2、慢慢吸气、吐气把臀部夹紧往上抬;
  3、做到极限后,静止十秒,然后还原,还原抱膝式左右脚。
  腰腿�肥法
  1、双脚合拢站立,加湿器批发价格,两手置于头顶上合掌,两肘向外侧使劲的张开。

  2、一边吐气,一边把双手朝上伸直,将胸膛往前挺出,两手肘保持伸直。
