随着年龄的增长,不少疾病会不请自来,关节炎就是其中之一。数据显示,目前,关节炎的发病率仅次于冠心病, 高居“榜眼”。

骨性关节炎是最常见的关节疾病之一。过去是中老年人的“专利”,但现在也出现了年轻化的趋势。

远离关节炎,最重要的还是预防和早诊早治。均衡饮食、坚持锻炼、调适心情、减重、少穿高跟鞋,都是有效方法 。而且这些习惯应该从年轻时就开始养成。

得了关节炎,也不是就没指望了,光波炉。关键是能否早发现、早治疗。当你感到关节开始疼痛、僵硬、肿大,盟特新奇特,出现骨摩擦音,关节无力,甚至走路时腿常常发软,就一定要去医院做检查了,因为这些都是骨关节炎的早期信 号。

患上关节炎后,更要注意生活中的一些细节。比如天冷了要及时给患处保暖;保持正确的坐姿,坐一会儿就站起来 走走;不穿高跟鞋,而代之以弹性较好的鞋子,或使用鞋垫、戴护膝;多吃富含钙和胶质的食物等。
