　　时隔9年，17岁的小玉昨天再次被妈妈推进法庭，二年级一次下腰时不慎摔伤，让曾经双腿修长的她坐上了 轮椅。为此，小玉将当时就读的芳草地国际学校(原名芳草地小学)诉至法院，并要求230余万元的赔偿。经过 一审、二审，昨天该案再次开庭审理。
