Default Hermes Birkin 40 Labels apt suit your fashion - Te

Silk draped top, £110, by reiss (reissonline.com). Printed silk scarf,MBT Panda Shoes, £125, by Jaeger (jaeger.co.uk). Leather waist belt, £19.99, by River Island (riverisland.com)
Issa dresses are so effortless to wear. They fit really well and the silk-jersey tends to skim not cling. V-necks also suit me better than other necklines, with just enough plunge to make me feel glamorous. Subtle details, such as the kimono sleeves, make the dress more interesting, without adding too many fuss. Diane von Furstenberg wrap-dresses also suit my shape, but
I tend to buy them in New York as I can never find my size here.
Kirsty says: 'With altitude on your side, always wade tall and never attempt to shorten your length. You will look more aesthetic and your raiment will hang opposition your frame. Straight-leg trousers, knee-length skirts and long-line jackets will all enhance your height'
Kirsty says: 'Pear-shaped girls ought draw attention away from the hips and base, dressing this place in flattering colours and minimal prints. This accentuates the other areas that are smaller and shows off their assets. If your legs aren't especially great work for a long, straight trouser that will prolong your wider hips. Wear your accessories up top to draw the eye ascending. If you are taller, this season's maxiskirts will elongate and svelte your lower half'

PETITE
'Every designer has their own individual eligible and will cut always their collections from the same size descriptions, so whether you detect a fabulous fitting couple of Dolce & Gabbana trousers the possibility is that the rest of the accumulation will fit you just as well,' says Kirsty Attwood, the styling manager at Selfridges. 'More often than not your favourite labels ambition work for you season later season, as they repeat the cut and fit.'
TALL
I favor dresses namely emphasise my waist and even out my shoulders. I constantly crash up the line of a dress with a huge strap, to give myself fashion where I need it. As I have very a narrow back and shoulders, I balance out my top half with vintage chips, such as fitted jackets and tops with elbow pads alternatively ruffles. A bold-patterned scarf or a huge pendant also paints attention to my top half.

I am a fan of androgynous tailoring à la Margaret Howell,Hermes Birkin 40, but trousers and a jacket marsh me. So I add a boyish shoe to a beautiful dress to allude to that look.
The temptation is to wear a lot of black, but I try to mingle it with paler neutrals or a splash of brights to avoid looking too gothic.

Velvet and lace pompom dress,MBT Salama Shoes, £155, by Urban Outfitters (urbanoutfitters.co.uk). Cotton-mix shrunken blazer with ruched sleeves, £55, by Topshop (topshop.com). Viscose cardigan, £181, by Elizabeth Lau (020 7486 4800)
Tasmina Perry's new writing, 'Kiss Heaven Goodbye' is out now
More youthful labels such as Marc by Marc Jacobs, Miu Miu and Proenza Schouler also suit me with their short lengths and bows, ruffles and frilly fronts. In fact, that look has nearly transform part of my identity. I avert the high avenue mostly and opt for cheap vintage or mid-range labels such as TBA minidresses and Elizabeth Lau.
Stella McCartney makes very smart clothes that suit my bottom-heavy shape and 5ft 10in frame. This blouse truly works as it is draped and has good elaborate on the shoulders, which assists balance out my smaller top half. The skirt is a great fit - it nips in my waist and gives my hips a ######y shape. It also shows off my legs, which I feel are my best things!
Tasmina Perry, 40, Author
I am 6ft tall and use my height to my vantage. I don't apologise for it, as people look at you anyhow, puma ladies shoes, so I say, 'Give them someone to look at!'

While it might take some period to dress and undress your path via high-street and designer labels, once you've found the brands that work for you, you'll have them for ever, as I - and these additional women - tin vouch.
But I've come to realise that understanding your body shape prefer than your size and what labels are on its side is the best way to begin taking the accent out of shopping.
Kirsty says: 'Curvy girls look great in classic-cut items and brands such as Armani, Elie Tahari and MaxMara, which offer sleek styles that flatter the figure. Focus on your best areas. If you have a small waist, show it off, or work with great legs by layering tailored pieces to elongate the body'
Velvet dress with bow, £245, by Orla Kiely (orlakiely.com). Patent-leather brogues, £155, by Russell & Bromley (020 7629 6903)
I adore Donna Karan and DKNY - the designs look magnificent on curvier figures - and an of my favourite dresses is a dark Burberry shift with long sleeves. I love Whistles, Nicole Farhi and Paul Smith - they always have lovely, flattering pieces in size 16 - but at Joseph not even the XL trousers fit.
Wool and cashmere striped dress, £653, by Sonia Rykiel (020 7493 5255). Silver bangle set, £10, by Freedom at Topshop (topshop.com). Leather brogue wedges, £85, by Bertie (020 7258 3605). Belt and tights, Jessica's own.
Dresses and trousers are cut so short on the high street that I have to go up a size for length, which gives one weird fit. I like Zara and Theory for trousers, Uniqlo for big fittings and French Connection for leggings.
I like styles that promote my girlishness. I think that goes best as a small frame. While slinky styles by Hervé Léger or Balenciaga suit me, I don't like myself in anything also 'womanly' or ######y, so tend to be drawn to more demurely hack, girlish brands such as Orla Kiely. This velvet dress namely like a prestigious celebration frock. It nips in at my waist, which namely a nice thing to heighten, merely it has quite a lot of coverage up top.
Patterned fleece leggings, £69, by Hobbs (hobbs.co.uk) Wool long-line wrap, £129, by Zara (zara.com). Cashmere maxidress,£351, by Crumpet (crumpetengland.com)

Kirsty Attwood, styling manager at Selfridges, says: 'Petite frames are perfect for nipped-in waistlines, on- or above-the-knee hems and cute girlie lines. Three-quarter-length sleeves, harvested boxy jackets, short jumpers and skinny pants are also great. Always invest in a good tailor if you're going to have something altered.'

Labels to suit your shape
Curvy, tall or thin? Four women of quite alter body shapes reveal the labels that all work for them. Fashion by Kate Finnigan.
Silk-jersey butterfly-print dress, £435, by Issa, from Fenwick (020 7629 9161). Silver long leaf necklace, £175, by Monica Vinader (monicavinader.com). Vermeil cuff, £225, by Azendi (azendi.com). Suede heels, £235, by Stuart Weitzman for Russell & Bromley (020 7629 6903)
Silk skirt,Cheap MBT Sneakers, price on apply, by Richard Nicoll (richardnicoll.com). Wool tweed trousers, £315, by Paul Smith (0800 023 4006). Printed silk dress, £336, by Diane von Furstenberg, from Matches (matchesfashion.com)
Sonia Rykiel does not design for wallflowers or make clothes that are traditionally 'flattering', but one of the great things about creature tall is that you can carry off a lot of hard-to-wear looks. Diagonal stripes, baggy clothes, patterned tights - all staples of Rykiel's designs. We 'tall-ies' are like Christmas trees - we can take a lot of spangle. Just heap on the decorations, colours and accessories, from head to toe.
Chiffon blouse, £445, and camel and wool creased skirt, £455; both by Stella Mccartney, from Net-a-Porter.com. Leather round-toe tribunal shoes, £375, by Christian Louboutin (020 7491 0033). Necklace, Becca's own
I accentuate long legs with high-waisted and wide-legged trousers, and love sharp tailoring - men's blazers, shirts with bow knots, stripes, brogues and anything a morsel androgynous.

One size never fits all. The great puzzle of purchasing clothes is how I can be too big for a 12 in one shop and too small for a 10 next door. My bum won't fit in that dress, but another is too roomy. When it comes to sizing, every designer or high-street label is a decree unto itself.
CURVY
I am a size 16 and often find that designer clothes are designs for thin folk, just extended. I deem designers when they say they don't sell many large sizes - for curvier people don't suit them!
