I am one of the first groups of clients that fell into Mr. Rupert Domingo scheme of what he called and promote as SUE THE BANK/LOAN LITIGATION. I attended the informational night in the residence of the family recruiting clients for him. The idea as he put it was to do a forensic on the lenders note and find lending violation. According to him he will review the notes and in a week he will notify the client whether there is a case or not. His selling points were:
1. This is not loan modification but mortgage litigation; therefore the homeowners do not have to pay the monthly mortgage for six months until the case is done.
2. The loan amount will be negotiated to the current fair market value of the home. That the amount borrowed will be lowered by approximately 90% of the total purchase.
3. The first payment will be in the amount of $3,Nike Jordan 4,00 and the succeeding payment will be $1000.00 every month a total of $9,Air Jordan 11,000.00
4. This payment according to him is nothing compared to the reduction of the loan and what the homeowners will save.
I gave my loan documents in February and issued the first payment payable to him and rest to Mr. Bander. That is the last I saw or heard from him. I called after a week to see if I qualify but was told he has not finished. I called after another week and this time I was told he was already doing a forensic and will take a month. By last week of March I still have not heard anything. I questioned the lack of communication between him and the client. I was told by his recruiter that this is something new and that they putting together communication or client information. I was also told that he was very busy travelling all over California and Las Vegas to hold informational meetings to potential clients. Since I was not getting an answer I started calling Mr. Bander's office in April and learned that my papers was forwarded in April and nothing was started yet.
Mr. Domingo has the intent to deceive from the start. He gave misleading information,Air Jordan Retro 5, he lured client into thinking that this is not a loan modification but mortgage litigation and that by suing, violations of the loan documents,Air Jordan 11 Space Jams, the bank will just fall into lowering the loan.
It is such easy money falling into Mr. Domingo's hand. Thirty minutes of misleading information, $6,Cheap Jordan 11,000.00 from me for 2 properties.
Mr. Bander's office did the work they were supposed to do. Mr. Domingo who took my money did nothing for me, but cashed my check.
I want Mr. Domingo and his group to give my money back. How do I do that?
