小波理论的奠基是调和分析,自然要从最根本抓起,所以第一步,是要保证Real Analysis学的扎实,其中有几个定理要理解并且掌握:Monotone Convergent Theorem, Lebesgue Dominant Convergent Theorem, Fatou Lemma, Fubini-Toneli Theorem。再有就是泛函中对于Hilbert space以及上面的有界线性算子的一些理论,最重要的就是L1(Rd)、L2(Rd)空间。
有了这些基础之后就可以开始看小波的书了,下面介绍几本书来给大家一些建议:首先可以看看Mallat的那 本书,可以先看前7章,另外如果想补补Fourier Analysis,C. K. Chui的An Introduction to Wavelets的第二章介绍的比较系统,虽然并不完全,但是比较易懂,paul smith fashion,而且小波中要用到的理论基本都讲全了。看完Mallat书的前七章后可以开始看Daubechies的小 波十讲的第五章和第六章,paul smith designer outlet,体会MRA以及Orthonormal wavelets的具体构造,记住,证明不管多难,一定要看懂,paul smith shirts,因为证明实在是太经典了,paul smith waist bags
另外,MRA是小波最基本最经典也是最实用的理论,paul smith men,可以说没有理解MRA以及shift invariant space,那就没有理解小波。所以在MRA上面应该花很大功夫,paul smith signature。看完正交小波和MRA之后,有兴趣的可以看看双正交小波,Daubechies书的第八章有讲,而且讲的 很详细,如果要看证明,paul smith new,可以参看CDF这篇paper,其中主要定理的证明思路和正交的情况很相似。如果这些都搞熟了,那么接下 来就可以根据个人兴趣来看书了。如果你对(refinable)functions的regularity (smoothness)感兴趣,可以看看Daubechies书的第七章以及里面提到的参考文献。如果对 小波与函数逼近感兴趣,那么可以先看看Mallat书的第九章以及Daubechies书的第九章,最后, 如果能力允许的话,可以看看Y Meyer的那本小波与算子(btw:那本书太难了,paul smith accessories,连我老板都觉得难,呵呵)。如果对packet感兴趣,Mallat书的第8章写的很详细了,当然也可以 看看wickerhauser写的书,不过我没有看过,所以不知道写的是否易懂。关于除噪等等应用问题,M allat的书以及里面提及的文献就足够研究一阵子的了。
对于小波近代理论的一些东西,paul smith london,就说说frame的理论吧。Ole Cristensen的那本An Introduction to Frames and Riesz Bases写的很清晰,paul smith purse,做教科书很好,里面不但介绍了各种wavelet(affine) frame,还介绍了gabor(Weyl-Heisenberg)frame,可以根据兴趣来阅读。对于wavelet(affine) frame,MRA-Based frame(也叫framelets)最为重要,因为构造起来方便、系统,换句话说就是可以根据不同的需要 来系统地构造framelets。最后推荐一篇关于framelets的论文,感觉写的非常好,而且也比较 易懂(论文的前几节讨论的是一维情况):
