 证券营业厅的工作时间是上午9点到下午3点。中午11点半到1点半,是休市时间。《生命时报》记者采访中 发现,健尔马足疗机厂家,多数股民中午会回家吃饭,下午开市前再返回,铂金骑士。有些人住得较远,午饭经常在外面随便凑合一下,或者自己带饭吃。其中,就有一些老年股民。
  刘建平指出,吃饭太快对消化功能和心血管的压力很大,老年股民要学会“慢慢吃饭”。有研究证实,一顿饭 吃30分钟左右,能保证充分咀嚼、促进胃液分泌,水宜生价格,将食物磨得极细,有助于消化吸收,减轻胃肠负担。而且细嚼慢咽对降低血糖、胆固醇、血压都有 益处。
  从饮食内容来看,要注意均衡膳食,五谷杂粮都要吃,多吃蔬菜水果。此外,“吃四条腿不如吃 两条腿,泰康足浴盆,吃两条腿不如吃没有腿”。“两条腿”是指鸡、鸭、鹅等禽类;“没有腿”是指含有较高蛋白质、较低脂肪的鱼 类。老年股民还应提倡低盐低脂饮食,清淡、多样,别老吃剩菜剩饭。

  股民们还应随身带杯水。因为长时间不喝水,血液黏稠度增加,容易形成血栓,血管阻力和血压也会上升,增 加心肌梗死的发作几率。
